Relay Meter Technician - Stillwater, Oklahoma

KAMO Power is currently seeking a relay technician knowledgeable in testing, calibration, maintenance and installation of revenue metering systems, indicating meters, electrical transducers, LTC’s, electromechanical and SEL relays, and control schemes.  Ability to interpret written procedures and read electrical drawings, along with excellent troubleshooting and mechanical skills.  Must live within 30 minutes from work location and possess, or have the ability to obtain, a valid, unrestricted commercial driver’s license. Associate Degree in Electrical Engineering Technology or related field required.  Knowledge of NERC compliance is preferred.  1-3 years relevant work experience is preferred, however, this position could be entry level as long as the applicant had the required degree.   KAMO would also consider a student internship instead of an immediate hire.  Compensation is based on the experience and qualifications of the selected applicant.
